The team were great, especially Seann who we spoke to for the majority of the time! As students the Bath Property Shop were ideal to deal. Were understanding throughout and understood that not everything had to be done straight away and were very flexible with signing papers, coming into the office etc. Thanks again guys!

Our family were tenants at a rented property managed by Bath Property Shop for a year. Apart from the 2 month notice period which we were contractually required to give, we were very happy with the service we received. Ben and Max were attentive and responded quickly to issues, and we felt as though we were receiving a personalised service. The were very good at communicating clearly with us, and it was always clear what was expected of us as tenants, as well as what we could expect from them. When we came to leave the property, which is always stressful, Ben couldn't have made it easier for us, and we got our deposit back with no problems at all.

My experience with Bath Property Shop was brilliant, from start to finish. It was fast and efficient when moving in, somebody was always available to assist with anything we faced during the course of our tenancy. Very professional with checkout at the end of tenancy. Clear requirements provided weeks prior to ensure standards were met. Wouldn't hesitate to use in the future.

My partner and I rented a property through Bath Property Shop for just over a year and throughout our tenancy they were amazing! Our landlord re-mortgaged our house at the start of our tenancy and later on decided to sell our property whilst we were living there and Bath Property Shop were excellent in communicating with us about the changes and offered alternative properties when we found out we had to move. We only had one maintenance issue with the property and they were very quick and responsive in fixing it and were always available to answer questions and provide support whenever we needed it. Despite the high number of people we had to the property throughout the process of it being sold, Bath Property Shop always gave us lots of notice and were really kind and supportive through what could have been a stressful period!
