I called up asking about massages and offers. The lady did not have a clue. Did not know the baseline price, did not offer to check and told me to look online. I was out and thought I would squeeze a treatment in. Not great business intuition or helpful.

Another great day. We went on the morning so we could use the gym facilities then had a nice lunch in cafe within the health club. Used pool, jacuzzi ,steam room, sauna and relaxation room. Treatment in spa in the afternoon included in package was a back and neck massage which was great. Staff very professional but helpful. You don't have to use the gym facilities but suited us.
