Graham and Lesley were brilliant hosts during these difficult times. Very safe place to stay due to all the extra effort they have both put in to keep guests safe. Lots of contact free hand sanatisers. Rooms are lovely and really clean. Breakfast was brilliant and they made sure only one room at a time were using the breakfast area by spacing out the cooked breakfast times. This would be my first choice of a place to stay next time I am back in the area. Good parking options and 5 mins walk from the train station. Very close to the beach and all amenities. Loved the welcome tea and coffee on arrival.

Lovely owners Graham and Lesley, nothing was too much trouble for them. Lovely room - we had the superior double. Staggered breakfasts due to Covid which were ordered the day before and then cooked to order and were delicious. Very good position - close to the esplanade and the shops. We have already booked again to go back next year!

Such a great find! So glad we found this place. We spend the night here after 3 nights of camping, and it's just what we needed. Owners Lesley and Graham are lovely, and the customer service was outstanding. Breakfast was absolutely perfect (the best bacon I've had in ages), with just the right amount of food and a good choice of juices, and selection of jams. You have everything you need in this guesthouse. They've thought of every last detail. Lovely fluffy towels, a brilliant shower with rain and lift down heads, plus super comfy beds make for a great night's sleep.

We stayed 4 nights in the Family Room. From the moment we arrived, our hosts were very welcoming and during our stay couldn't do enough for us. Our room was very comfortable with plenty of space. We had a good size TV, with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, etc. Great choice of breakfast, which was fantastic every day. We will certainly be staying again.

Nice short trip, lovely and helpful owners and perfect location for the seafront and places to eat. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the rooms let it down for us :(
