We've stayed at other 'dog friendly' hotels. But this hotel is genuinely dog friendly. They welcomed us and our two giant dogs with dog treats and towels on the pillow. The room was beautiful, airy and spacious with a giant bed. We ate at the restaurant every night and the food was fantastic. The friendly staff made sure we felt welcome and treated our furry friends to treats at breakfast and dinner. We'll definitely be back again.

Upon our arrival the place was lit up by the receptionist Debbie, she was so welcoming and helpful a real asset to the hotel, many receptionist could take lessons from this lady. The fog friendly room we had was very clean and ample size, the food was excellent, as we're the staff, we could not fault the hotel in any way. We will definitely be returning the prices were extremely good , thank you the Pymm family for this excellent hotel.

It was convenient, friendly and right on the seafront. Room was clean and tidy and had what you needed for a pleasant stay even if the hair dryer was tiny. Food was good no complaints at all.

What a wonderful hotel this is! Such friendly, helpful staff. Everyone seems so happy to be there, a sign of good management/owners. The breakfast is excellent and so are the evening meals and very reasonable too. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean thanks to the very friendly housekeeping team. We cannot fault the hotel. They have made our honeymoon stay, the best it could be and even gave a us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Thank you so much to the Pyne family and all their team.

Lovely room, bathroom fantastic, good shower, fluffy towels. Room 37, no view bit quiet. Thanks to Debbie on reception for all her help, changing duvet for top sheet and pulling bed off the wall. Good food and service. Nice bar area. Would stay there again. Was on Coach holiday from Yorkshire.

I booked a room with a premium sea view to be allocated a view of a car park for £180.00 Objected and Debbie did her best to re allocate a room with a sea view saying that all premium rooms were booked and cost £195.00. This price was not on the website when I booked. Debbie was great and hugely apologetic that we had been misled. Our new room was clearly only for one person due to one pillow and towel etc. Where Debbie was great and thank you to her, she personally attended to extra pillows, towels etc. We are hoping we don’t have to pay £180.00 for a sub standard room without bedside table on one side of our bed. TV is also dated, although could be updated as this is not a modern tv. I don’t usually post stuff, but just letting you know so you don’t have our experience.

A very clean and fairly modern hotel which does that extra effort to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. This hotel is very clean, they do pay attention to detail and hygiene, one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been! If you are a clean freak you will be happy in this hotel. They also love dogs and my 2 girls (Border Collie & German Shepherd) have been very welcome even in the breakfast room in the morning so we could all have breakfast together. All the staff of the hotel has been very kind and accommodating during our stay. We are vegan and they did their best to provide us with delicious plant based options just for us not only at breakfast but also at lunch time ! I couldn't recommend this hotel enough to everyone! I would definitely book this hotel again.
