I have had a very good experience so far. The sign up experience was smooth and my initial conversation with my accountant has already saved me a significant amount of money. The company did the follow up work from this call quite efficiently. I did quite a lot of research, and like for like this service is quite cheap, while so far not seeming to compromise on quality (though it is an online and phone provider). In sum, I would recommend based on my experience, particularly for those on a budget.

I have been using this company for 2 weeks and I am very happy with all the staff, I created a ltd as a non-resident and today all problems have been quickly resolved. Very smooth sign up process, and so far an excellent service. A comprehensive introductory telephone call and then prompt attention to any queries. Georgina has been been very efficient and approachable.

Very bad people. (Very dim ) Very rude. Very arrogant. Very cheap also. But very bad. Not qualified accountants. They ask unqualified questions. Whoever owns the business is an accountant. But the actual staff doing the accounting are not actual accountants.

I am extremely impressed by the service I have received. It is thorough, friendly and well organised. When I have needed to call or email I have received quick responses. This company is extremely good value compared to others I have looked at and I have yet to see any reason to pay more than I do. Overall, I recommend very highly!
