I think The fitness club is great! Its host to various different facilities as well as just a gym, sauna and studio. All the staff are really friendly and the owner has done such a good job with setting this unique health and fitness club up. I love going!

Staff very friendly. On our first day to this gym we got an induction/some personal training from mario who kindly showed us how to use the equipment Prices not too expensive either I like the gym because its not too big and not very busy (unlike chain gyms). This is my first gym experience in general so i extra recommend it for people who are anxious about/new to the gym

Just as Barcelona is "more than a club" TFC is more than a gym. Been a member for 12 years and it's a family. Stuart and Christine have become great friends and the members are a joy. Made some great friends who all support each other and suffer gladly together - and we do suffer. Absolutely no cliques, no poseurs and no muscle heads. Good news is we still enjoy a social and yes we drink beer (or cocktails). Best kept secret in Sheffield.

I had my first (ever!) sports/deep tissue massage today with Christine at The Fitness Club, who I came to find out about from a recommendation! Christine put me at ease & as well as providing a wonderful massage, also gave me some advice/exercises to focus on for my injury/pain. I will undoubtedly be visiting The Fitness Club for this purpose again in the near future. Massage prices are the best I came across when searching in Sheffield!

Had a massage from Austin, was the best massage I've had in a while. Got a good deal from groupon too! My shoulders have been tense for ages but he absolutely sorted them out. Been trying to do pull ups but have been unsuccessful for a while, I'm hoping the tension release will help me on my journey!

Lovely local business and friendly gym. They have a variety of classes and personal training. Even a sauna! The equipment is cleaned regularly and is not overcrowded. The owner always takes time to get to know you. It's a very friendly and inclusive place to go work out. :) plus it's affordable!
