Would the Manager responsible for implementing a rule that instructs his staff to empty half my shopping out after I have carefully scanned and packed it please find a more suitable vocation. I believe there are several villages looking for an idiot in the surrounding area.

Mobile phone shop. Long story short, staff sold me a Sim and bundle I didn’t need telling me my credit I had was attached to my old SIM and wouldn’t work. Then did not explain that I had to select a bundle plan and used £35 in a night. When I asked for help I was told the only thing they could do was sell me another bundle and that was the person in charge, not teaching customer service skills to his staff. Even refused to call Three for me telling me I could do it myself. I asked how when I had no internet or mobile access, he advised I’d have it for the call, I did not. Very unsatisfied with the service, will not be going back.

Disgusting public facilities, never cleaned and always something broken. Gents toilet door is always propped open too so everyone gets a lovely smell of the urinals while exiting the building.
