The shop itself was as you'd expect. The cafe I'd avoid. Whilst sat for an eternity for my daughter's chicken Caesar salad all you could here was people complaining how long their food took and how it was cold when it arrived. When ours finally arrived they missed the pot of tea I also ordered. Went to the counter to ask about it to basically be looked at as if I was lying. When they went through the receipt machine to confirm I got a look of pure disgust from the lady behind the counter as she had to get the drink I'd ordered and paid for! Won't be making the mistake of stopping there again.

Disappointed and feelings of being palmed off. I used the onsite car wash at this store and received a shocking service from them, all the employees at the car wash were wearing a uniform with the Tesco insignia on it. I tried to complain about the service that I had received at the car wash here inside the store but the customer service checkout was horrendously busy, I was asked to email my complaint in. I emailed my complaint and was basically told that the car wash had nothing to do with Tesco however my complaint would be emailed onto the relevant company. I’ve never heard anymore from Tesco or the car wash company despite continuous follow up emails from myself and stating the fact that this car wash operates on Tesco land wearing Tesco uniforms.

A fabulous Tesco with (when I went) the cheapest petrol in the area by some way. This one stocks a little of everything, from clothes to petrol - and food of course. It is also open 24 hours a day.

Cafe excellent service by Amy in the cafeteria. I did not realise that we needed to get cutlery and sat down at a table.Amy delivered our food and saw that we had not collected cutlery! She didn’t say cutlery’s over there , she fetched it FOR us! We only realised when she left that she had done that and chosen NOT to embarrass Us THANK YOU AMY Thank you TESCO for employing such sensitive ,well mannered staff! Sheila MIchell

Big Tesco's, offering great choices but you can't buy frozen food at busy times as you will sit in the car park queuing. Tesco's need to stump up for a second exit.

I shop in this store every week. I am amazed at the poor state of the plants outside the store. They are never watered and are almost dead. Surely it is in the interest of the store to keep these in good order to be sold and not thrown away.
