Fantastic library and a wonderful place to study. It gets very busy during term time. it's usually full by 9.30am. Get there early, go up the spiral staircase and grab a desk on the upper landing. Very private and great views.

One of Oxford's most hateful libraries. The Teaching Collection is a nightmare to find your way around, and the reading rooms are always packed with grads in dead silence. Avoid! Also, never go to the basement. If you die down there, they won't find your body for weeks. I promise, the Celtic collection isn't worth it.
