On a cold winters day outside. Went in to buy some warmer clothing. The staff are understanding and no pressure to hurry you up to make a sale. They inform you about the clothing will with stand the coldest off hills and moor trekking.. Worthy to stop and take good advice.. recommended.

I’ve been shopping online and in store for over ten years. Always very informative staff whether it’s about tents, climbing or clothes they will have some knowledge. Not pushy or trying to get a sale just good advice and very friendly. The online shopping is fast and returns if needed are very easy to do. A top outdoor store for real outdoor people supplying great technical advice and gear.

Hi I visited your shop today (04/10/21). A really excellent experience. All the staff were friendly and helpful, I was impressed with the range of products. I'd selected my purchases and approached the till, the assistant (sorry I didn't get his name), was brilliant, we were able to compare the products that I had chosen and chatted about outdoor activities. We were able to empathize about certain aspects of beanie hats. He sorted out my loyalty account so now I get the proper emails. I really enjoyed shopping in your store today. A big well done to the team. Thanks again. P.s. found my receipt, the assistant was David thanks for your excellent service.

Excellent service and advice. No one tried to sell me more than I required. Prices are very competitive and are often cheaper than what can be found online. Overall a great experience and I will always purchase my outdoor equipment from Taunton leisure.

Visited the store for a click and collect purchase (new walking boots). Very efficient process and helpful staff. The boots were a new version of the ones I had previously bought in store. Great choice, competitive prices and lots of help in selecting the right ones.
