Seasalt Cornwall

I find it easier to buy online but it can take a while so shop here on occasion....however I am reducing my review to just one star after an unsatisfactory experience. Ordered items for my mother who has dementia and as I was going into Totnes twice over the following 10 days I arranged to pick them up from the store. Called in 5 days after ordering on the off chance they'd been delivered and was met with "have you got an email" ...i explained I had popped in on the off chance "you'll get an email" she snapped. I could see an arm of the tops directly in front of me but I suffer from anxiety and the sales lady had triggered me into a panic so I left. My mum became ill so I didn't call in for another 10 days and sadly it was the same lady serving. She was fuming that I wanted to return them. (I had actually bought the items whilst at my mum's) and refused to give me a refund but said she'd send them back and I'd get a refund from head office once they'd received them. I left the shop but worried I'd never see the money popped back in and asked for some paperwork so she wrote on a piece of paper that I'd returned them. I received the refund some 7days later. I will never buy from sea salt again.

Excellent customer service, Totnes branch, the only irony I find is the brand is very big on promoting "Seasalt Cornwall" when every product I looked at was Made in China!

Dreadful phone customer service. Outsourced to overseas call centres. So much noise of laughter and chattering in their offices, agents can't hear callers conversations??? Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. . Waited 20 mins to get through today. Waste of time. Agent appeared not to hear me despite my line being clear and put phone down on me??? 🤔🤔🤔 seasalt you are letting your selves and customers down. Get a grip
