Don't join this gym, signed up for a year but was not informed I would have to pay for a further 2 months after I cancelled. I had to pay another 60 plus pounds for nothing.

I recently bought a monthly leisure pass and it's one of the best things I've done in ages. I've been suffering with lower back pain and the classes I'm attending are helping me with good posture, stretching and flexing. I attend body balance, yoga and pliates and honestly think these classes should be prescribed. The positive social and physical element is so beneficial. The gym is big and has everything you need and the pool offers a range of sessions and classes. The staff are lovely and there's a real community feel about the place. My only regret is that I didn't get my pass sooner.
