Like a secret little diamond where real athletes go. Qiute and chilled and I like it that way. Also has a running track and being placed in a large park, makes it a good place to wind down after a workout.

Excellent little gym in lovely Longford Park. It's never too crowded and the trainers are friendly and dedicated. The running club trains regularly on the track.

I have never seen such behaviour in a supposedly professional place on 22 of September I witnessed a managers aggressive behaviour towards a grieving family, she was snappy towards them and humiliating in public towards the family and didn’t follow the families wishes because she didn’t like the colour choices so she went against the family wishes. She was unprofessional in every way, I would advise anyone wishing to use these facilities to think twice when it time to book your special day and not take that risk of it being spoiled as you can’t get that day back ever Beverley Cunningham

Don't under any circumstances should you book this place. Staff is rude asking the customer to leave by 19:00,hrs on a day of a funeral. How can you run out of coke in a bar. Very unfortunate that this has happened. I think because the football was on they just wanted to get out. Very racist by saying we all look a like. Then trying to justify this. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. AVOID!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST.

I attended a West Indian wake at the suite where I witnessed the most unfriendly, unprofessional and unpleasant service ever. The behaviour of the person in charge was shocking, shouting at guests and very rude to the family. Whatever you do avoid this place like the plague!!!
