The service me and my partner received from Michelle today was second to none. She had great advise and knowledge on everything we needed to know and informed us about things we didn't think of. She was more than happy to help and went the extra mile, such a lovely lady. We will definetly be returning in the future. Thanks Michelle

Always a pleasure popping in to see Michelle and stocking up on the essentials. Not only is she very knowledgeable about the products but also her practical advice is honest. She really goes the extra mile giving a good shop window for HotSprings. Met a new member of staff this visit. Josh very helpful, courteous, energetic and pleasant. A lot of places have forgotten what its like to be happy and manneable to customers, but Swansea hasn’t. Always first class service.
