I wait for 5 hours, people came after me got service before me. I feel discrimination, cause when I asked they just said it's by priority. But I'm bleeding for 6 hours even the blood run over my face. Noone care about me.

Is really difficult to navigate, your appointments WILL be cancelled, sometimes multiple times, and on one occasion I was given three diagnoses by three doctors within 30 minutes… 10/10 best hospital in the U.K. Don’t even bother, you’d be better off moving to another place and getting a referral there.

I can't praise the dermatology department highly enough. Don't let anyone try to critisice the NHS to me. I recently had treatment including exicision and reconstruction of a BCC (basal cell carcenorma) from my nose. I had consulted the Macillian website and was quite frankly trausatised by my findings. Here is my experience. Everyone was helpful, expert and able and willing to answer any questions. Waiting time was minimal When I had post operative questions they were answered quickly and I was given immediate reassurance and advice. Throughout this experience I was treated with respect, everyone took time and trouble to discuss my concerns and involve me in any descions regarding my treatment. Post operative when I had questions these were dealt with professionally and quickly. I was told by various sources (incuding a private consultation) you not do better than the team at Brightn General, I can only endorse this. From reception to consultant I can't praise the care, competence and communciation I received highly enough. I have emereged from this experience proud of our NHS and deeply endebted to the professionals who provide it this exceptional and world beating service.

Unless you have a blue badge don't even dream about being able to park here. Like with most of B&H services they presume people have personal teleportation devices and thus do not need to provide parking spaces.
