Came here for out of hours change of dressing of wound by nurse - Hannah. Absolutely lovely - gentle, careful and thorough. My only critique is that the place isn't particularly covid-safe. Patients wearing masks but windows in reception waiting area were all closed and nobody in front of house seemed to wear masks at all. Not a good example. Fortunately nurse wore mask.

5/ 5

We are lucky to have a doctor's surgery almost on our doorstep. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are always kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I like the fact that you get a telephone call first to see if you need a face to face appointment, as many requests can be discussed and managed quickly over the phone and it saves a trip and time for both patient and doctor. The one challenge is getting through at the set times by phone to book an appointment - you have to redial constantly to get through. It would work better for us personally if we could book appointments in advance as we often have to manage around school and work commitments like many others. Having said that, whenever we've had someone poorly, we have always been able to get a same day appointment which is impressive.

5/ 5

The best doctors I have ever experienced. The doctors here are superb and are especially great with my two children. The reception staff are just as brilliant. Welcoming ladies whenever I need to go into the surgery and are just as helpful over the phone. Two receptionists that stand out for me are Kim and Lorraine. They are a credit to Mile Oak medical centre. Thank you ladies for doing an outstanding job, especially through these tough times. Credit to all the staff at Mile Oak Medical Centre.
