Superdrug brighton

I really like superdrug. Its amazing and the website is awesome. I have never had problem with any delivery or when I walk in. Great variety of products. But unfortunately yesterday I walked into the store and I have a flu. So I tried to ask for assistance on the vitamins. I know it doesn't take genius but I was not feeling really well so I needed some additional help on the pills also. My eyes was very irritated so I couldn't read very well. So after I had to almost chase the lady on the floor and asked her question regarding the vitamins she just walked off without realizing that I might have had other question. So I had to walk after her so that I can ask her my second question. I know that I have a flu and I realise that I did not look my best but it's not excuse to just walk off in the middle of the conversation. The staff member maybe thought she will get sick I understand. I would still recommend Superdrug and this location I just think if someone is not feeling well it would be really good if the staff help. Thank you anyway. P.s I would have asked the pharmacist in the store but they were on break.

Had a very bad experience at this store. Staff members are very rude and all have attitude. A real shame.

Rude pharmacy staff member immediately denied me an emergency inhaler prescription whilst I was on the verge of an asthma attack! Told me that I couldn’t request one without a prescription, despite having done so at the exact same store in a similar situation! Unbelievably bad service, and whilst i was struggling to breathe! Very angry and disappointed at this

Two branches in Brighton both well stocked the WESTERN RD branch less busy than the Churchill Square one which is always extremely busy. Great range of well priced products both toiletries health products and food items. Good reductions and offers. More affordable than Boots.

Superdrug Pharmacy is OUTSTANDING with friendly polite staff and superfast service. I just used their online doctors perscription service and saved over£50 the day before xmas. I'm so grateful that Superdrug have invested so much in their pharmacy service. Never again do I have to use Boots with their rude unhelpful staff and over inflated prices. Try them once like I have and you will be amazed at how quick and pleasant the whole experience is....

Great prices especially on household items especially cleaning products and air fresheners Have a variety of stock reasonable prices

The pharmacist (dark haired guy with glasses) has no idea what customer service should be like and doesn't know how to speak to customers. I would avoid this pharmacy only because of him. Everybody else in the store is polite and courteous, except for this man.

The 2 things I wanted they didn't have but they generally have most things at reasonable prices.

Was able to find just what l was looking for! Also it was closing time, but a female staff member STILL did me a kindness and let me in ....thank you staff member
