Honestly the receptionist does NOT know how to deal with patients. I’m shocked they even got the job to begin with. I read the reviews and I thought maybe it’s just individual experiences but now I know that they are 100% true. Leave your ego at home and get some manners before you come into a role which requires you to be caring towards other people. If you can’t handle it, quit it.

I am with this GP nearly 4 years. The receptionist are mannerless and very rude, they need training on behaving with patients but one old lady who uses stick for walking, wearing black scarfs and speaks slowly, polite is very good.Doctors and nurses are good as well. Need to improve on front staffs attitude.

Very bad experience with the InHealth audiology department. There is a lack of help for patients with disabilities. If you must go please avoid appointments with the audiologist Zainab Khlaeqi, very unprofessional (attitude & attire) and poorly trained with using the equipment and computers. We waited 30 minutes for the audiologist to sort out the computer. In addition, the report written up is littered with spelling errors (e.g. "Thank you ftor refterring tihis patienti tio our service").

Having never had experience of any other surgery i have nothing to compare this one to. I've always found the doctor i have seen very helpful, have never been kept waiting for ages. It's difficult to get an appointment sometimes granted, but I'm sure that's a common complaint amongst all surgeries. However, i do have to say that all the reception staff are beyond appalling, completely unprofessional, unpleasant and have no interpersonal skills whatsoever. They are the main reason this surgery rates so poorly and something really ought to be done about their condescending and frankly rude, unacceptable behaviour. It's pretty tragic that they are the front line dealing with sometimes fragile and worried patients. Shocking really!

I have just witnessed the receptionist show a deaf man up! He is trying to talk to her, baring in mind he is deaf, with a visible hearing aid. She did not listen to him and instead said gosh people these days don’t even listen! Awful receptionists don’t know and why they still have a job!

Have to confess, I was a little reluctant to visit the centre after reading the reviews, but I was really pleasantly surprised! All the staff I came in contact with were very helpful, friendly and efficient. I had my blood taken within 15 minutes of arrival, and was out of the centre 5 mins later! Brilliant!
