Subway oxford

Good halal subs, but seating area and toilet needs better hygiene.

The food was great. The staffs were not welcoming and rude. I was at the counter to pay and was looking for the subway app on my phone. The cashier sort of urged for my money. I gave it while saying i have an app. When i showed it to her she said it was too late cause I've paid already and said I should've told her earlier. I was so mad.

Went here for food at 8 30. Writing right now. Supposed to close at 9. Closed. Woman wouldn't open the door for me. Absolutely shocking. Hope she gets sacked.

Today we have decided to use this subway for lunchtime. Not impressed as gentleman didn't change gloves for vegetarian sandwich after preparing Italian sub. I had to ask him to change his gloves but he had touched my sub by that time. Then his colleague started putting salad and rest of it and about to cut it. I interrupted again and Saud did you add any sauces to it and she stopped and added the sauces that I wanted. It very much is dependent on who is behind the counter. They Should be aware of vegan vegetarian requirements if they have that option on their menu.

I've been going to Subway(s) 2-3 times a month regularly, but these 2 lads working today (Mon, 9.03) around 17:30 made me such an amazing sandwich that I might start coming more often. Honestly they deserve a raise. I felt like I was in a fancy sandwich bar rather than a fastfood joint. Also, I've ordered a very sloppy sandwich (Meatball Marinara), and with that one employees tend to get the sauce everywhere etc. But not these guys, not even a drop anywhere. Bravo.

Love this place. The food has a reasonable price tag, but tastes better than expensive restaurants. Love the new wraps that they have on their menu.
