My favourite place to go when I need some self care! so relaxing and peaceful, I love listening to the music playing in background. Casey, the owner, is pure sunshine. She is always very welcoming and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable, you enjoy your time in the sauna, and you have all the information you need to gain great benefits out of your sweat sessions. From the second you walk in to the studio you will feel relaxed and you will leave feeling a million bucks. If you need to reset and have some time out for yourself I would definitely recommend popping in and trying it out.

Sauna 72 is a local treasure. Casey is so warm and welcoming, she explains and demonstrates the difference in health benefits of the colours when you go in, and asks how you are feeling so you can start on the best colour for you. All saunas are clean, and have an essential oil, water and a bench to pop your stuff on. ( I highly recommend also grabbing a hydration pack when visiting.) Sauna 72 is a must for everyone, not one person I have spoken to has ever regretted going…

Casey, what a beautiful human💚. The sauna experience starts from the moment you contact the studio. I first attended the saunas to assist with detox while on a juice fast, I has amazing results. I am now hooked and attend weekly. 💚
