5/ 5

I did my first flow and sensory experience recently and absolutely loved it! It was totally relaxing and I drifted quickly to a soothing space between being awake and asleep. The place is thoughtfully and thoroughly designed - a beautiful, calm and scent-free setup! Trudy is such a kind and caring person too. I will go again and warmly recommend this place to anyone.

5/ 5

After lots of recommendations from friends, we went to flow for a floatation therapy, and it was just incredible. Trudy was so lovely to be around, explaining things to us and giving us tips for our first float. The set up is beautiful, really welcoming with lots of little touches that make your experience just that little more special. Can’t wait to come back soon!

I've wanted to try this experience for years and finally decided to treat myself to an intro package

5/ 5

I've wanted to try this experience for years and finally decided to treat myself to an intro package. It was an amazingly relaxing experience. The 5 senses immersion was cool, I didn't know how I'd feel after but I was quite zen after that. I did the float pod and man that was something else, I tried it with black out and no music and enjoyed the feeling of nothing! I later turned the music on and enjoyed that as well. Don't forget the ear plugs I did at first. The host is brilliant, passionate and makes you feel comfortable. Can't wait for my next appointment.

The float cabin was amazing. I was sure how my son would like but he said it was great and next time he’d like his own pod. Thank you so much.
