We used Strutt & Parker's Edinburgh office to sell our property and found their staff to be friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. We received feedback after each viewing and regular contact updating us about the marketing of our property and the state of the property market in general. Our house was sold within three months and achieved the asking price. We would have no hesitation in using Strutt & Parker again and would highly recommend the company.

We booked several estate agents to assess our house before selling, but we liked the calm professionalism of Malcolm Leslie immediately and his strategy for marketing our unique property was perfect. Malcolm and the excellent staff in the office kept us informed every step of the way and secured us some excellent press coverage. Our house (in Scotland) sold to buyers from London and this was because of Strutt & Parker’s nationwide ‘reach’ to potential buyers. We would happily engage Strutt & Parker in the future. Very highly recommended.
