Had to chase them from the beginning for a date they were going to start the orangery...it then took in my opinion a lot longer than it should have done to complete it. Once they had finished the building work and money had been paid they were on their way leaving all their rubbish behind including a tonne bag of building materials which isn’t exactly something we can move ourselves!! We spoke to Alec a few weeks later who said he would get it moved but nothing...he now ignores calls and texts from us! I would never recommend anyone to use this company they are bad news!!

At first very helpful, windows were fitted well and looks great , asked them to leave the protection layer on as I was getting the outside of my house painted the day after they finished and they said that was fine and they would come take it all off for me after the painting was done , it's now 2 and a half months later and my calls get ignored and no reply to texts , when I do eventually get through all I get is " we will be there sometime next week " I wouldn't recommend this company as the communication is appalling
