I have been seeing Jane for a few years and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She always takes her time to explain what she is doing and answers any questions I have. I take my toddler to see her and he is very happy to sit and have his check up. Jane is friendly, professional and lovely.

Absolutely terrible. Inefficient and ineffective. Staff are not skilled: all the fillings I've had have come off within days or weeks. The dentist appointment - which takes weeks to get- leads to identification of needles work, then you need to wait weeks more to have it taken care of - even for simple fillings that take 10 minutes or so. I recently joined Stockbridge Dental Practice and I have been really well looked after. Jayne is great. She always takes her time to explain things to me, she's always friendly and she's very professional. I have always been anxious about going to the dentist but that has changed since seeing Jayne. I feel that I am in good hands and I trust her. I would highly recommend this practice and Jayne.

When your dentist says to his assistant "Do it properly or you may as well not do it at all" you know you are in the right place for dental treatment! I had a crown fitted on my front tooth in one day and am extremely happy with the result. Thanks to Dhevraj and team for a brighter smile!

This place may be doing a good dentistry job, but I found staff unhelpful and even purposefully misleading when inquiring about pricing or any inquiring at all. After a series of less than satisfying customer experiences for over a year with two different dentists there, last straw was when they conveniently forgot to mention about an extra cost to my treatment. I don't have a problem with something costing certain amounts as long as I'm clearly told so to make an informed decision. I did ask about the cost in advance (something I've learned there empirically: if I don't insist on asking I don't find out anything at all) three times (both dentist and reception) and I was dismissed with rough estimates that... turned out to be a mere *quarter* of the actual price. This lack of transparency made me feel as if I was too poor to belong to their clientele - maybe I am, maybe it's just a place for those who don't care to know how many hundreds pounds exactly they'll be billed (because I have no complaints about dental work itself), but I think it is still a bad customer service on principle and makes me very reluctant to come back there or recommend.

Was an NHS patient here for around 4 years. Roughly 2 years ago they informed us they were no longer accepting new NHS patients but we were fine as we were already enrolled. In the middle of last year we were contacted to inform us they were now fully private and would do no NHS work. Thanks to the timing of this + pandemic we are unable to get enrolled in any other practice as an NHS patient. Had they just been honest with us 2 years ago we would have moved practice and I would now not be waiting for NHS 24 to call me back about a dental issue. It is worth noting the prices of the private practice are beyond extortionate, the minimum cost is 4 times that of the NHS pricing for the exact same service (i.e. tooth extraction). Dropping patients in the middle of the pandemic without anywhere for them to go (or allow them to stay and pay minimum 4x the price) shows a complete lack of compassion and definitely does not exhibit a duty of care. Absolute rip off.

My family have been registered with this Practice since 2014, and I have grown to respect and really appreciate their care for us all. When I had an emergency need recently, they went out right of their way to fit me in, and were incredibly, amazingly kind to me - I don't think I could possibly have asked for more. A wonderful team!

Excellent service and treatment. Convenient location, new building all equipped. Free car park next to the surgery adds to the convenience. I'm happy to recommend Stockbridge Dental Practice to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.

This is a lovely dental practice. The staff are all friendly and helpful. My dentist Jayne is very warm and professional, and extremely patient when taking me through my treatment options. I often have a lot of questions, and Jayne is always happy to explain each option in detail and provide recommendations. She is informative and assuring and gives me confidence in her ability, which is hugely important for me as I have been quite a nervous patient in the past.
