Starbucks Coffee york

If you buy a reusable cup you get 25p off every drink after that. Plus you're also saving the world whilst saving pennies. Win win.... Think of the trees, and the money. But yeah tasted great with a fast and easy service. Surrounded by alot of retail stores. Convenient

Unfortunately not very clean, crumbs on table pots and dirty plates when walked in. 3 at Coffee machine but still a queue. On a positive note served quick and lemon cake was nice

Friendly staff, nice and spacious cafeteria area with plenty of outdoor seating. Way better than Costa next door! 5*

Coffee was good.... the wait was not!! Shop was busy and had waited for 20 minutes then noticed people served after me were getting their drinks! Went to enquire and my name ticket was on the floor!!! So well done Karl and Brad, won't be coming here again soon!!

We went in on that particular day needed assistance from the manager Karl... he was amazing , the service was second to none dealing with our issues . ( not relating to the store) . The staff were courteous & helpful , good environment. Thank you for your support Karl. ( Kathy & joy . October 18)

We visited on Sunday and had to wait almost 40minutes in the queue. The drinks were lovely and the staff great.. but there really should've been more staff to cope with how busy it was.

I felt like some cinnamon toast, but was out of luck. However, the barrista, Louise, went above the call of duty and found some fruit bread which she toasted and I found superb. Other places would have just shrugged me off, Top marks.

Been in today, Staff friendly, but empty cups on lots of tables and not that busy. There was a horrendous smell coming from the toilets, we sat as far away as possible but it was reaching us as we left.
