What to expect from a town hall... we arrived on the Saturday morning as we had an appointment. The doors were locked. Pressed the buzzer and couldn't see anyone around. After a 5min someone did come to the desk. Saw us and decided to walk off again. After almost 10 minutes waiting we were let into the building. Just to note that for that 10 minutes it was raining very heavy. And as there is no place to park we had walked up from a pay and display car park. With this being a town hall I suppose it doesn't matter what we rate as people that work at these places normally think they are better then everyone else and do what they want anyways.
