Mostly good experiences with STA. Just had a terrible one, think it was more down to having a dud of a travel expert than the company itself. Which means the company needs to train better, these people are in charge of getting people around the world safely. Due to this I wouldn't trust STA to plan a day out at the park, nevermind travel around the world.

Really good, got an amazing deal on flights and lovely customer services. Let down slightly by customer services when we had to cancel our flights and they weren't particularly helpful but was resolved eventually.

We've always booked with STA and they honestly cant be beaten. We've seen and had quotes from other travel agents but STA always organise the best trips. Recently we booked our honeymoon with them and spoke to Russ at the Manchester Oxford Rd. branch over the phone, he was brilliant. Sorted everything out for us and was professional and friendly. We even had an issue with our flights and he sorted it out straight away for us. Thanks again Russ!
