Exchange rate at their exchange burreau awful. Wasn’t until my friend told me about a currency card that I realised I wasted £50 on getting my holiday currency from Thomas Cook. Literally threw £50 down the drain. Don’t make the same mistake as me. I also had to wait 20 minutes to get served and it was uncomfortably hot at the back of the shop where the counter is.

The manager Kelly was her name as well as the rest of the staff were incredibly rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. I was there 15 minutes before closing and they refused to help me with my check in details claiming they were closing and it would take a lot of time. NO online check in the world takes more than 5 minutes!! I repeatedly asked for help since I wasn’t going to make it to the airport 2 hours earlier for check in and they kept on refusing. Certainly this doesn’t say anything about Thomas Cook as an airline but it does say a lot about the criteria they choose people and these people certainly ruin the company’s reputation.
