I had been told how wonderful the staff were at St. Michael’s and I was not disappointed. Karen who conducted my test, did it so expertly I hardly realised it was happening. Her friendly, cheery manner melted away my apprehension. Lauren, Karen’s assistant, was caring and attentive. Thank-you to Karen and Lauren and all the staff whom I encountered on the way up to the correct place for being true professionals with a very human face.

I do not advise future mothers to have a child in this hospital,I made an appointment for a pool and anesthesia, then I came to the hospital and it turned out that there was no doctor who could give me anesthesia,on top of that, they said the pool was not available, and as I asked during pregnancy, nurses and doctors claimed that they had several pools and, as it turned out during childbirth, the nurses said that there was only one pool and that there was, only one doctor for the entire hospital which is occupied and I will not get anesthesia or give birth in a swimming pool, only one doctor for the entire hospital which is occupied and I will not get anesthesia or give birth in a swimming pool,I do not advise future mothers to experience what I do

The outreach nurses are condescending and frustrating to those with a newborn. They might as well be social workers.
