I've been trying to move an appointment on 4 separate occasions and unable to get through. I'm actually quite shocked at the disgusting manner in which I have just been spoken to by the receptionist / switchboard woman today on 16th April 17:32. I've never come across someone so curt and rude in my life, and then hanging up on me too, especially when I had been more than polite! I can only think that I had pronounced 'dieticians' incorrectly - if that could be considered a reason?! Aside from this, the dietician I have seen has been more than compassionate and very kind in her approach. I would thoroughly recommend her.
