We have just been to the practice to have our baby weighed. Upon asking directions from the receptionist on the ground floor we were met with rudeness. The women was snappy and short. This was then followed by a male member of staff remaking “floor 1 again” upon us moving away from the reception. Considering the nature of the establishment the behaviour was unacceptable. Considering my partner has some self confidence issues and I can’t regularly attend with her due to work I fear this reaction may prevent her from going to future clinics.

The dental suite is shockingly bad; didn’t do a good job cleaning my fiancées teeth, the receptionist was incredibly rude and they even told her to put the hose in her own mouth! Don’t they have nurses like a normal dental practice?! Bunch of amateurs who should be struck off!

New to area and found the whole process of changing surgeries daunting but need not have worried. From start to finish was made ease by the helpful admin staff. Having taken a turn for the worse healthwise was extremely surprised how quick I was seen and how helpful the Dr was to my ailment. Never judged me but was eager to get things moving

Honestly, every experience with this surgery is an absolute nightmare. This isn’t exaggerated or inaccurate, I’ve used the surgery twice, first time they lost my test, didn’t call and asked if ‘I’d like to do it again’ second time I had a blood test and they just never came back to me. Now I’ve called in for some basic information got told off and advised that they’re nothing to do with the NHS and the don’t have any NHS ID. Offered to come over to receive some help ‘Well no one will stop doing their job to help you’ was the answer. How are they funded? They do have a lovely building to make up for their absolutely terrible patient care and lack of simple manners. Avoid.

Covid msg on phone spoken with monotone weiriness & bordum at slow tedious monotony for how long? Maybe that wouldn't matter if at the end of a further 10mins 10sec wait I had actually spoken to someone. I hung up. If these reviews get read by TempleHouseSurgery (I doubt ) I am informing the surgery that I can not attend the blood test appointment Thursday afternoon. I did ring to cancel but there was no answer. Only way to contact the surgery seems to be here.
