Absolutely shocked to find out that is not possible to register a baby with the St Catherine's surgery. Been advised if the baby needs help to call 111. Thank you, I will definitely file a complaint.

All the Doctors here at St Catherines Surgery are Brilliant, the problem is trying to ring the surgery to make an appointment which is just impossible as no one answers the phones. Been trying to get through to the surgery, on hold for 10 minutes and I just get cut off. Try ringing back and the phone line is just dead . Better off not phoning and just turning up at surgery for an appointment!

Rang today as I had a letter to say I could book Covid vaccine, I was told could not book at Doctors but had to wait for a call or go to NHS web site, i explained I had tried that but it was too big a distance to travel, no further advice was given, my friend told me to call Clatterbridge vaccination centre who booked me in straight away for tomorrow, why could this surgery not give me that information, just wanted me off the phone !!!
