Good range of shoes but stock minimum amounts of sizes. Every time I go I find several trainers I like, never stock a size 12 in any of them. False advertising if you don’t stock what is on the shelf. Plus the lad who was serving me could not have been any more miserable.

Took my lad in for some walking boots. It's sometimes a challenge as he's autistic. I asked a lovely lady for help called Clair (she had a broken foot) she was absolutely brilliant in assisting us. Made the shopping experience very pleasent

I appreciate how the trainers are ranged to sporting type. The customer focus in here is dismal. Waited 10 mins to be approached about a shoe size. I eventually approached a gent tidying nearby. 2 tills, 1 member of staff, saturday afternoon, queue of 10 people waiting to be served. I waited 25 minutes to be eventually served. No eye contact, lack of interaction. Card reader was so old im sure it ran on locamotive steam. In Summary. I got what I wanted and appreciated my product. Its a shame that the experience in store let the visit down. neglectful culture in store and as a brand. Oh Mike...

Why do they treat everyone like criminals in this store? Think I’ll start giving this company a miss. The owner is the biggest robber that’s probably why he thinks that everyone’s like him

Just popped in to pick up a golf shirt. About to take it off the rail and purchase and I hear "were closing now" 7.55pm. I did have 5 minutes to spare plus other customers were still in the store. Shocking and I've worked in retail.
