Not a shop I would normally go in but my teenager wanted to go in. Loved the shop, the staff were friendly and helpful. Even I loved the clothes and the prices range from mid to high. But really good quality. And the sales are fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

I walked into an empty store today, to have two employees ignore me the whole time I was shopping. Not even a “hello”, “can I help you?” or a “goodbye”. Absolutely abysmal. After 4 months of lockdown you would expect staff to be pleased to be back in work and doing their best to make up for lost revenue. The whole experience left me with zero desire to buy anything, even though there were a few items that caught my eye.

Really beautiful shop with lovely staff. It must be said that since the new update and change of place it has lost a bit of its Jack Wills aesthetic the previous building was amazing and fit the brand very well however the new store just is not the same. It’s not going to stop me from buying from here again as I do think the quality of the clothing here is brilliant and you can’t get the same look in most other retailers
