Sports Direct London – Greenford london

Absolute crooks. I purchased a pair of nike football socks for my son, and when i got home there was only 1 sock in the pack. I went back 2 days later to explain this and the manager, who's name is Fik, refused to exchange them and said they checked the cctv and saw there were 2 socks in the pack. When asked if I could see the footage he refused and saw i had to make a request for the footage. I asked why I would try and keep the 1 sock and return the other. I said I did not want my money back I just wanted to get a pair of socks. The worst customer service I have ever come across!!!!!!!!

Please avoid this store or sports direct in general, when you buy a shoe they don’t tell you that there’s is no refund and it’s only exchange or credit note. When I explained to the manager that the sales person did not inform me of the refund policy I was told there is a not on the stairs to explain that not at the til we’re you go to buy the item. The item is also damaged however the store manager said that’s just double stitching and it’s not classed as damaged, there are no documentation in store to explain what is classed as damaged. I would highly recommend shopping from elsewhere.

Good variety and very helpful staff

Went into the store today, my wife wanted to purchase a tracksuit. It was placed high so we had no choice but to ask for assistance. I went to the counter and spoke to a lady called Bianca, I told her I would like assistance in getting a item placed high, she said please.wait and I will get help, I went back to my wife and waited. 10 mins later no one came to help, I saw Bianca again and.asked for help again, she said can you take the pole and get it yourself, she wasn't serving a customer and she couldn't be bothered to help, I asked her is there an issue and why you couldn't help. She finally came over and I asked her about sizing, she said we don't have it, what out is out, she then walked off. Honestly so bad customer service from Bianca. I am well put off from walking into sports direct again.

I don't care and I will be saying this. Many years ago, I worked here along with my siblings and all I have to say is that management team were very unprofessional and discrmininative. Their rudeness can cause someone to develop mental health or decrease self confidence. They gossip bad behind staff backs especially staff that does the most for them. They made me sick. If anything I would score this store a big day 0.
