In relation to my recent visit to the store. I would like to thank Shaun - Debenhams Supervisor for the excellent customer service.. Shaun was calm and professional and is a real credit to Debenhams. I look forward to revisiting the store again.

I visit the Uxbridge branch every now and then. It's clean welcoming, the staff are friendly and helpful. I tend to shop when I actually need something, rather than pop in to see what might be on a special offer. Debenhams is a lovely store of which I do enjoy shopping in.

Lovely helpful staff, even though it can feel like a ghost town in the week. Costa is a lovely little touch post shopping or if like me you leave your Mrs too it!!

Always stocked with great stuff, always clean and the staff are very friendly. Love the range of makeup and beauty outlet. Definitely the prime star of the shopping centre

The customer service here can be a hit and a miss at times, colleagues might be too busy to help or even look up and acknowledge you but there is one girl in particular that is ALWAYS absolutely AMAZING! I just wanted to give a little shout out to Zamira - I have had the pleasure of having her help me a couple of times now and she truly does her best to help, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable! Even when there are no people at the other counters she tries to get help or assist - she truly makes you feel like a valued customer! Probably the biggest reason I’m a returning customer is because of service like hers! She should coach other colleagues on what EXCELLENT SERVICE looks like, speaking as a customer service representative myself... don’t lose her!!!
