The worst shop ever, I’ve been waiting with my son just now around 25 min (he`s only 2 y old) for two pairs of shoes from the back and I give up and i left because of them. After me was another 5 guys and they’ve been served them before of me . I was waiting and without any luck , they’ve been still serving others customers till I was quitting and leaving the shop , my first bad experience was with the manager from there , now with the employees. I was a good customer with a lot of purchases from them ,but not anymore from now on. When i was asking them(employees .. they just smile and they said "We`re still searching " ..... my questions is ...THEY`RE COMING FROM CHINA ? I think they’ve there just to take money . I’m not recommend it at all , chose another shop

Staff are beyond useless. I know you can’t expect much from Sports Direct but this takes the piss.

Staff are beyond useless. I know you can’t expect much from Sports Direct but this takes the piss. Ended up going all the way to Hounslow to get what I needed due to the sheer incompetence and laziness of the staff at the Twickenham branch.

Bought T-shirt asking to print letters on it. They said their machine is broken. Won’t believe any of these stores. Looks like no one wants to be bothered with that.

For as long as I live I will never visit this branch again, I've not witnessed incompetence on such a large scale. Every member of staff was unhelpful and the lady at the till was the cherry on the cake. I can't be bothered to type further.

It's a decent sized Sports Direct, with a good collection. Parking is free so very handy, with access to an ATM close by at Asda. I bought a tracksuit but I couldn't get as much choices as I see at Hounslow branch. I wish there were more staff.
