Dear management, The staff members should have proper training about sizes, colours (I'm not joking) customer service skills. I experienced the lack of all these things 4 days ago. The black is white and the "L" size is "XXL"- according some of the staff members. They laughing sarcastic on the customers and they speak their own language loudly. Now I'm not surprised the other customers bad experiences. Same issues, but since years and nothing improved.

I needed to go into this store as I needed a football shirt printed. The staff are rude and hell bent on not helping you. If you can find a member of staff that is. No one is interested in selling you items or even when you want to pay you are looking all over the shop for anyone who can operate a till. The shop is old outdated and frankly a total mess. It’s the same every year staff very young unmotivated and more keen to sell you those dam bags for life. Safe to say I will not be going in here again if you paid me. Get a grip sports direct. Who is managing these stores I would sack the lot of you and start again. They have no idea at all

Google should allow rating of Zero stars as that's what this branch and the guys inside deserve. As also noted by other reviewers, the staff here are rude and they don't want to help you at all. They just carry on their merry conversations. Though the collection is good in this store, you won't be able to find anything here as it is all a big mess. Find a shoe and it won't be in a pair and you'd have no one to help you. Even at the till, you'd have to find someone and get them to bill. Sports direct must do something for this branch!

Unprofessional and rude staff. Manager does not know how to converse with consumers. Avoid the Sports Direct brand!

The staff literally don’t care about the customers waiting nor do they ever pick up calls. Super duper slow service.

i went to sports direct for game as its now based there, the guy that was there was very informative and helpful. i had a good chat with him about pokemon and the plush box. i usually have a good experience when i go there

I had a very bad experience with the employees there. I bought an adidas trainer from them and I told the girl at the cash register twice to check that the pockets were not something. he lied that he was looking and when I went out those detectors sounded. I got scared and tried to go back on the escalators without realizing what was happening. I was simply panicked because of the incompetence of the employees! Lack of seriousness and respect for people. they have no respect for people with health problems!

Cheap and cheerful sports shop, with some quality expensive stuff thrown in the mix. Joyful shopping for all.

The rudest and most pathetic staff I have ever encountered. Went here earlier today to get my 3 year old some trainers and school shoes. Staff refused to help us measure his feet and when we asked if we could use their equipment to measure his feet ourselves they said no. They were horrible to other members of the public in our vincinity as well. Flippintly fobbing any question off to another colleague who blatently wasn't there, essentially trying to get rid of them. My son grew frustrated having to wait around and the staff even made rude remarks directed at a 3 year old boy. We will never ever buy anything from this shop again. Staffed by children with childish attitudes. Congratulations you've lost a customer.
