Sports Direct Feltham london

Manager Carl totally brilliant. I Web chatted customer services 3 times emailed 4 times no answer in a week joke. I went into Feltham store and spoke to Carl top top helpful caring understanding man who put himself out for me cannot award him enough. Company should value this member of staff outstanding

Excellent customer service, low on shop floor staff but manager was kind enough to walk me to the item I was after even though he was on lunch. Girl on the counter was very courteous, helped me sorting my voucher payments. Overall good bunch of people and very nice experience.

Expect what you expect from Sports Direct. Bad customer service, huge collection but hard to find what you like ;). On top of all, most of the staff think they are giving everything for free and the customer has no right to ask what they want. They hardly remember they get their salaries only if the customer pays. Anyways, one could always go for a quick shopping to pick up something from the pile, hoping it will serve the purpose :). I think Sports Direct should think of training their staff on what customer service is. Otherwise, they could disappear just like many other companies did in the last few years.

Great stock ans staff doing as best as they can despite being so short staffed

It was good but not as much choice and bargain deals as I remember, if you don't like escalators you won't want to shop here, they are very fast and very steep both up and down. Feltham in general has gone a bit down hill, a lot of the most popular shops like New Look, Peacocks and Next have just disappeared. I think I will go to Staines next time.
