Sports Direct cambridge

If I could I would give 0 stars. Assistant manager, who suppose to be an example to his colleagues is the rudest man on earth. shop done a mistake and charged my family member twice for the track suit. We only noticed at home, which is not in Cambridge, that we've been charged twice. I went back to the shop to get refund and assistant manager was treating me like I am a fraud, no sincere apology or anything. did not feel that he even wanted to help me. Never again I am going to that shop....

We spent £27.99 bought a Adidas swimming trunk about 4 month ago, the quality is very bad, the color all fade and become very loose, see the photos, please. We went to the shop and show it to the manager, and her attitude was very rude and didn't do any help.

Omg went in there yesterday and they customer service was absolutely disgusting... No customer care I bought a pair of shoes.. Got home they left the tag on.. Staff need more training

Very rude, and lied about their return policy and after I made the purchase told me I can return their product but not the money back

Situated just off Regent street this store is spread out across 3 floors. It offers a large range of sports attire and equipment with a good selection of footwear, all at reasonable prices. Whilst the majority of staff were welcoming and helpful the person assisting today was apathetic at best, hence the low score. Would recommend for value for money and a modest range.

Wish there was negative score, had a horrible experience with the manager at Lion's yard, Cambridge. I bought a pair of shoes yesterday for my son's birthday. It was a surprise for him, he was with us in the shopping centre, so I requested staff at sports direct if they keep the shoes at the store and I can collect it later (I paid and took the receipt). They told me it will be at your own risk, in case one of the staff member steals it (!), I said fine. I collected it today (Sunday) and the manager spoke to me in a horrible tone, embarrassing me in front of other costumers, basically saying "you left it too late, we're not insured and next time don't ask". I was like, I was informed that it's at my own risk, and I accepted that. Even then, if you want to talk, speak nicely, don't embarrass me in that tone in front of other customers. Shocking really. He said don't ask for that next time. And I was thinking, there's a decathlon five minutes away, what makes you think ill ever turn up at Sports Direct again, IN MY LIFE! Sports direct management - this manager isn't doing any good to your store. A man who doesn't have the basic emotional intelligence to speak in a decent time, doesn't deserve to be a manager!!!

Only nipped in to see if they had any nice puma trainers. But didn't see any that I wanted to buy .

Great place to shop. They a huge variety of stuff to get and the prices are affordable.

I usually hate sports shops, but this one had a good selection of walking boots at reasonable prices. They have an outdoors section in the basement with a large selection on Waterproof jackets; available in a good range of sizes which is something unusual to find. Yes the staff could have been happier but we are in a pandemic and it was busy. I got everything I wanted.
