Exceptionally good customer service! Charlotte really went out of her way to help me, sent my order quickly via Royal Mail and even wrapped everything beautifully! I could not recommend this shop enough - such a welcome tonic after dealing with big "ecommerce" shops. Brilliant. Tack så mycket!

Lots of different things here. Very friendly and I loved the Christmas items they had.
