I have just spent an hour & a half in Specsavers Pudsey with my wife trying to choose some glasses/frames and received the worse service ever! Most of the stock was in a pile in the centre of the room waiting to be sanitised and therefore couldn't tried on to select from, despite numerous requests for them to be cleaned, the pile remained untouched. Also the store display area had a strong smell of BO, which made me retch! Whilst in the store we tried to get the attention of the sales staff to ask questions about the rage but got very little in return, in fact the young man seemed to loose interest and walked away. We exited the store without a purchase.
