Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists – Keynsham bath

What a fantastic experience! All 3 members of staff I dealt with during my eye test today were outstanding. Highly skilled and with good old fashioned manners . The eye tests are of hospital complexity now and I felt very well cared for with every step explained fully. Glasses are a necessary but expensive outlay so it's good to feel you are getting a good service!

Well looked after once they weren't so busy.

After many years going to specsavers keynsham something has changed, The staff are still polite and helpfull ,but the management and standard of expertise has slipped To the extent that i do not have any confidence left in the opticians or managment . I have now cancelled my lens care plan, they have prescribed lenses that i cannot see With and wont give me back the lenses i exchanged in for the new lenses,they have no record of my previous prescription even though lens mail do . The store now seems to small for purpose and seating is at a premium ,

Booked online for a hearing test. Safe and clean environment. The Audiologist was very friendly and informative. He talked through the procedure and made me feel at ease. Very thorough examination, no issues with my hearing so very happy.

Really friendly staff and were super helpful with somebody who had additional needs/disabilities.

Prompt service with great attention to detail from lovely staff in what felt like a very safe environment.They couldn't do enough to help! The Keynsham branch had exactly what I needed when the Bath branch wouldn't help. It was well worth the extra mileage for me.
