3/ 5

Modern furnishings in the atrium area. Individual offices are a little small and clinical, but well equipped. Good WiFi, often many places available to sit in the main atrium, often cold though, and not especially comfortable to work in. Good central location, but for the price more could be offered.

1/ 5

Communal spaces smell strongly of cannabis. Homeless meet and hangout at entrance. Cold office spaces with poor air conditioning control. Regular issues with lifts. Unclean toilets. Unhelpful staff, somewhat rude at times. Lost parcels. Not the best place if you host customers.

2/ 5

Nice communal area downstairs and nice views but office space is bang average and massively overpriced for what you get. Staff are quite rude and not very helpful Building work constantly going on Lifts are often broken Lack of cutlery and mugs in the tiny kitchens on each floor Air-con is centrally controlled which means it's freezing in the offices on cold winter days If you're considering this as an office space - don't, if you're just looking for a desk in the communal areas then it's probably worth it.

I only gave this a 3 because I don't know what all the businesses are that operate there. But the ground floor has had a massive remodel to a high spec making it a more modern and comfortable atmosphere! Suggest looking up the services on offer here and keep in mind if you need them!

City centre location, easy to get to. The internal spaces are thoughtfully designed to offer co-working, social working and private options. Nice to be able to take a break and get some fresh air in the square with a cheeky Greggs, too!

Been here for UKVCAS. Receptionist young white lady sitting at main entrance door didnot bother to let me into the building(was let in by a guest) and didnot communicate about my arrival to UKVCAS office upstairs on 28th Oct 2020 at 5:30pm (I did tell her to make a call and inform the team upstairs) And she left after her evening shift @6pm. I was waiting for an Immigration officer to collect me as told by the useless receptionist. This wasted 1.5 hour. Luckily one Immigration Team 's young team member(23year old) spotted me and took me upstairs for my biometrics.

Reached the end of the line - handing over to a solicitor After months of incorrect billing and Regus unlawfully holding on to £655.70 of our retainer, I finally thought the issue was resolved when after several months of complaints credit notes were processed for £1,028 of overcharging. This was overcharged on an invoice that was for £1,791.48 so the vast majority of the invoice was incorrect. Finally the credit notes come though and two days later we get the next invoice with a late payment fee of £121.45 Sandra Melody, Head of Customer Services as requested in the responses to other TrustPilot complaints. Since 2nd November no response has been received, not even an acknowledgement the complaint is being looked in to. After first raising this complaint on 6th September we have decided to appoint a solicitor and take legal action. This may be the only way to get a result. For anyone considering Spacesworks for an office, please do not take the chance. I cannot describe how consistently poor the billing and admin has been across both our London and Manchester offices. The staff in the offices are lovely people but none of the billing or customer service staff care in the slightest, least of all Sandra Melody, Head of Customer Services.
