Lovely spa... Rebecca who carried out my back massage was amazing and I highly recommend her. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. I've had many massages throughout Brighton and 100% would go here again. Fantastic facilities within the spa and lovely atmosphere.

I am so glad I stumbled upon Spa Tara when googling little spa packages. I had the monthly promotion which included 30 min private use of the jacuzzi, 1 hr deep tissue massage and 30 min foot massage for £85. I never felt so relaxed and refreshed after this treatment. I was greeted immediately and felt assured that covid precautions were in place. My masseur was Vivian who managed to tailor the pressure to what I needed. She was lovely and thankfully worked out the knots of tension in my back. I hope to come back here again when I can. Really also appreciated that you can use their shower and hairdryer after treatments to refresh yourself.

After going to the Thai Spa for a treat for my husband today I was very disappointed. Although the staff were friendly, it does not outway the dirty hydro jacuzzi which was really brown around the inside of if. Also I asked for deep tissue and had no such thing . It was very far from deep tissue. The staff arent even Thai.

Great SPA we have been going sins open many years ago and never had any complaint. very hygienic and spacious place perfect for wind down and chill. Highly recommend therapist all so fantastic that you want to go again for massage and other treatments.

Blissful spa experience - a special birthday treat for my wife. Cool and calm reception area with friendly and helpful staff. Luxurious private hydrotherapy/treatment suite. Truly outstanding expert professional massage. Would definitely recommend the Malmaison afternoon tea package. Hope to return soon. Many thanks
