I have been to different spa places but so far this place impressed me most. Free drinks near the swimming pool, heated pool,and sauna, and nice vibe. The spa that Suzana provided is the best. She is amazing, so professional and patient. She communicated with me first about my needs and provided a very thorough full massage along with key areas focus. She seems know what I exactly need without me telling her. Extremely great pressure, right spots, lovely chat. I can not recommend her more and I will come back with my husband.

The customer service is amazing, they are really friendly and nice if you wanna have a nicer conversation. I did have the full body massage and facial and I love it, I think I may come again. At the end I got a nice glass of champagne with some food, wich I much appreciated. Thanks

Booked a couple treatment package over the weekend for my partners birthday. The service at Spa & Sport at Swissotel syd, had exceeded my expectation! Susana had made the booking process super smooth as I had requested for additional adjustments and greeted us with amazing service! My partner enjoyed their experience and would definitely come back!
