Called to make a booking. My communication was clear. The lady answering phone was abrupt but gave me an impression that the booking was made. I showed up and it wasn’t booked. Didn’t try to help to replace or assist. Very disappointed

Nice staff and a good massage, but I paid for a 90 minute massage and only received a 70 minute one.

Nice staff and a good massage, but I paid for a 90 minute massage and only received a 70 minute one. I raised it to management at the time who apologised and offered more time next one, but as I'm only in town for a couple of days that wasn't useful. May have been a one-off issue, just one to watch.
