A shocking display of incompetence. Unless you're walking in, do not expect to get a massage if you book ahead. There is nothing worse than incompetence stealing hours of your life and making your day truly stressful... The exact opposite of what I'd imagine anyone wants when trying to find a good massage therapist. It's a shame as one of the therapists (Martha) was very good, but the reception staff seem to be all over the place and unable to do anything correctly. Between trying to buy their products or book therapists, it's just a mess. And they just don't seem fussed as they say it all with a smile. Which is even more infuriating. The reason I'm writing this, and feel so angry, is that I came back to London early specifically to get a treatment, but upon arriving no one seemed to have any idea what was going on, despite the exceptionally clear booking I made. What an entire waste of an afternoon... I am leaving two stars as Martha was great. Shame about the rest.

Kelly was amazing! The after glow was great and she listens perfectly to every adjustment you might ask for. As I like very deep tissue she didn't hesitate to push a little extra. Which I loved.

Clean. Hygienic. Professional. And seriously good massage on most of my visits.

Nice place.... Lovely massage but there is a little too much noise from the front desk when people are checking in.

I am so lucky to have this on my doorstep! I bought a package of 60 minute massages and am so impressed by the excellent value of the deal. The therapists I have had so far have all been very professional and tailored the massage to my preferences with ease. There’s always a friendly face at reception and the free water and tea are nice touches. It’s a very tranquil atmosphere and you leave feeling renewed and relaxed. Can’t fault it.

I heard about this place through a friend, so I purchased a package straight away, which is of great value. I have redeemed only 2 sessions so far with different professionals, and another one coming up for my birthday next week. Both experts have been extremely attentive to my needs and preferences, but also did rightly pinpoint some pain areas and causes. There is a large range of treatments available. I can highly recommend this Chiswick branch for anyone living nearby. Complementary tea after treatment is also a great plus!

Always perfect therapist no matter if you book a week in advance or on the spot. I have been to 3 branches and the quality is always 10 out of 10. So easy to book by phone or even email on the go. With packages one massage price is lower than anywhere I’ve seen. I always leave relaxed and lightheaded. The best massage place in town.

I was very tight and sore from overdoing exercise in the gym and was very short on time, but I booked a last minute massage at Spa & Massage and it was absolutely amazing. A deep tissue massage to target all my knots and sore/tight muscles that had me struggling to walk, to being good as new after I got off of the massage table. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!

Have used 4 excellent masseurs here. The premises are always beautifully clean and welcoming. The massage relaxing and effective.The staff polite and professional. Highly recommended
