I really enjoyed the spa with sauna. It was a real treat. They have three separate steam rooms with varied temperatures. An ice cold pool which is highly recommend before and after sessions. They also have a Swedish steam room which I found quite drying. Overall experience was good. They have a variety of memberships to suit your needs. I would strongly recommend calling if you want to attend a drop in session. They tend to be quite busy on a Saturday.

Great value for money. Paid only £26 for the 3 hour experience so I had very low expectations. A real bargain for London. I was pleasantly surprised very relaxing good facilities and i loved the relaxation room. The only thing that I didnt like was the staff coming I and out of the relaxation room making absolutely no effort to be quiet and slightly inconsiderate Not very relaxing.

Was a bit busy when we visited, so not as quiet and relaxing as could be. The plus....two good sized steam rooms, one scented. Plunge pool and ice shower. The hot rooms (didn't feel that hot) were spacious. Relaxation room was a bit chilly. I wish there was a jacuzzi or access to a pool. It would have improved my visit

4.5 - Lovely hidden gem! Knocked half a point off as it's a little tired in places. For those considering going for the first time; they have padlock lockers and give you a lock for free to use for your stay, they also give you one towel and a fluffy robe plus slippers. I brought an extra towel and a code padlock with me; next time I'd bring those plus my flip flops as theirs weren't that comfortable. Facilities: It has a MASSIVE steam room, smallish sauna and one room with various hot and warm seat banks. Also a freezing plunge pool, rain shower and bucket shower. You can't access the main pool. The relaxation room was very quiet when I went during a weekday morning. They provide water and (I think) tea and coffee. I thought two hours was a bit long but I'd would have loved to have stayed longer- the staff come round before closing time to kick you and insist the time includes getting ready at the beginning and end. Ladies changing: Showers in the ladies have dividers but inexplicably no doors. There is one place to get changed with a door on it; otherwise it is open plan. Would be awesome if they gave you a longer pass including pool access at a higher price.

2 steam rooms (one of them is with good high temperature), nice proper cold plunge and monsoon shower. However, the main 'attraction' - the sauna had a broken door so it was juct not warm enough. And nobody to complain to! I email and had no reply.

2 hour spa session £26: Excellent facilities, much much better than the Old Street one. 2 steam rooms very toasty, a series of marble 'hot rooms', one sauna which didn't feel the hottest, an ice cold plunge pool, great cold and hot tropical showers. Good relaxation area with tea and water. I'd happily go back!

I can only comment and review the treatments provided at Spa Experience and staff members working here, as my friend and I did not use any of the facilities apart from the treatment rooms. The ladies at the reception were very welcoming and and our two therapists for Hot Stone massage were both wonderful. I booked this as a little relax time for my friend’s birthday and it did not disappoint us at all we both felt bliss and peacefulness afterwards. Thank you Sara & Daniela, you’ve really made our weekend a relaxing one :) Two happy customers Linda & Georgina
