I always get a great massage whenever I come here. The masseuses have always been experienced, it's relaxing and always smells delicious! It was also very Covid friendly today so I feel confident about coming back.

I come here regularly for the last few years! And always delighted to be served by Lady ADELA she's always brilliant in delivering the best customer services at all the time! Overerall it's lovely place, great staff and great management!

EXCELLENT spa! Everything is 5 star - the service, the treatment, the decor, the amenities etc. Loved it! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted very warmly by the lady at reception and given a complimentary tea. Then I was shown to the beautiful changing rooms ahead of my treatment. My massage and facial were great - the massage was very relaxing (so much so that I felt really sleepy after!) and my facial was good too. The bed was heated too which felt great. There is a relaxation room that can be used to relax in after a treatment. It’s a quiet room with soothing music and three lounge chairs, where you can sit back and relax with complimentary tea (you’re given a tea menu to choose from). I had a great relaxing time! Overall this is a great spa that I would gladly go back to again!

This hidden gem! We were welcomed at the spa reception to the blissful smell of roses and essential oils, we were given a welcome tea with hot towels to freshen up, this gave that added personal touch. Everything from start to finish was personalised from the choice of welcome tea to the choice of music type in the treatment rooms, to the choice of heated beds, my therapist was so attentive and showed great passion and care. We had private access to the steam room and jacuzzi. This allowed time to relax and unwind before our treatments. The relaxation suite was dimly lit with loungers and ambient relaxing music. There was a selection of herbal teas to choose from and plenty of nibbles. We requested the hibiscus tea with honey which I would highly recommend. The spa wasn’t crowded and it had that ambient feeling throughout its 3 floors. We left feeling truly pampered and cant wait to visit again. I’d definitely recommend this place for couples

Birthday Spa My family and I went to this lovely SPA in August 2021. We had manicure and pedicure. Staff friendly.

Didn't go there but I sent request with question, no reply. So I can imagine service the same.

Spa was superb.
